THREE KENYA POLICE OFFICERS TO BE SACKED FOR MISBEHAVING IN PUBLIC

With total disregard to their motto of “Utumishi
kwa wote” service to all, while displaying karate
Hero, jacky Chan and Bruce Lee tactics, the
three disgraced , one female and two male
serving Kenya Police officers and in police
uniform beat up a helpless, innocent motorist
taking the law into their own hands instead of
enforcing the law.
Article 75 of the New Constitution of Kenya
clearly States, on the conduct of State Officers /
public servants that, a State Officer shall
behave, whether in public and official life, in a
private life or in association with other persons,
in a manner that avoids any conflicts between
personal interests and public or official duties,
compromising any public or official interest in
favour of a personal interest or demeaning the
office the officers holds and any State officer
who goes against the said conduct should be
dismissed or otherwise removed from the
office.
The three kenya Police officers disobeyed the
Constitution and the office which they serve as
law enforcers and should be dismissed from
The service in line to the Constitution of the
Republic of Kenya.
The alleged disgraced Officers breached article
75 clause 1, 2, and 3 of the Constitution
including the police criminal penal codes and
traffic offence Act and do not deserve to wear
the Kenya National police service uniform as
they forgot that, it is the same tax payer they
mistreated pay for their monthly salary.
And the three police officers should be barred
from in line to the Constitution article 75 clause
3 from holding public office or being employed
as civil servants in the Kenya.
The incendent which occurred along the busy
Nairobi Nakuru Highway within Nakuru County
was unjustified, where the male motorist
allegedly confronted an Officer to inquire why
he decided to hit his car with stick destroying
the bonnet which resulted to ugly confrontation
With A journalist nursing wounds after being
roughed for filming the incident, a total
disregard to the Press freedom of information
by muzzling the Agent of the people, a member
of the fourth Estate.
IPOA issued a statement to independently
investigate the matter with the police
