THE UNDER DEALS OF PRAVIN GALOT AND RAJESH GALOT TO BRING DOWN MOHAN GALOT

Through a letter from the registrar of Companies dated 29th January 2016 confirming the disappearance of the Company file of Galot Industries limited documents.

The registrar of Companies resolved to hold Mohan Galot as the valid Director incorporation being 21st June 1979.

Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot and Narenda Galot committed an act of perjury after Declaring themselves as Directors of Galot Industries limited ignoring the orders issued by the three Judge bench.

In a criminal case at Milimani Law Court case 1554 and 1555

Pravin Galot and Rajesh Galot allegedly colluded with officers at the Registrar of Companies Bernice Gachegu, J.O Adera, Kennedy Mosoti, Wilson outer Radding in changing and filing illegal returns of Galot Industries limited.

Mohan Galot in his petition filed before court in 2019 alleges that Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot
Colluded with Ndegwa Muhoro, officer Etyang, Inspector Patrick Maloba Khaemba, Inspector Nicholas Mutuku and Victor Mule engineered Mohan Galot to be charged.

On basis of Fraudulent returns Pravin Galot and Rajesh Galot misrepresented themselves to the officers and unleashed falsified information to the police Officers that they are the bona fide Directors.

The criminal complain arises from issues of file 55 of 2012. Where the chief justice directed the case to proceed before a three Judge bench to determine the genuine Directors of the company Galot Industries limited.

Even before the matter was determined, Pravin Galot and Rajesh Galot filed affidavit before court alleging that the three Judge bench have been compromised creating a confusion to enable them impose corrupt deals.
