PROPERTY OWNER WHO ASSAULTED PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PERSON CHARGED

Nairobi based Businessman Noel Nyongesa is

nursing wounds inflicted by a Contractor who

won a tender to build Bungoma County Kenya

Stadium.

It all stated when the Complainant Noel a

resident of Nairobi County demanded for his

money owed by the accused Benson Khaemba

Mbaisi amounting to four million Kenya

shillings.

Upon where the accused assaulted noel who is

physically challenged thereby occasioning him

actual bodily harm.

The accused was arraigned before Nairobi’s

Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi at

Milimani Law Court where he was charged with

one count of assault actual causing bodily

harm, contrary to section 251 of the penal.

The accused Benson Khaemba Mbaisi through

his brief application requested for a lenient

bond and was released on a bond of fifty

thousand surety of the same or a cash bail of

ten thousand Kenya shillings.

The State Prosecution has line up four

witnesses to testify against the accused.
