Kenyan Detectives arraigned Starehe elected member of Parliament Charles kanyi alias Jaguar at Milimani Law Courts Nairobi County Kenya.

Where they filed an application before duty Court requesting for more days to complete their preliminary investigations on the incitements utterances.

The law maker while on a meet the people tour in his Constituency at the largest market Gikomba Nairobi County Kenya.

Specifically gave orders to his supporters to ensure that all foreigners working within his Constituency are uprooted and forcefully repatriated back to their Current countries.

The Law maker’s utterances were unjustified, unprofessional, shameful for an elected leader by majority of people to utter such words that can ignites hatred among the Neighbouring States.
