ROYAL MABATI FACTORY ROBS KRA 900M

The Managing director of Royal Mabati Factory is alleged to have starved Kenya Revenue Authority it’s revenue.

Moses Ikinya Kangarua has been accused by Kenya Revenue Authority for failing to remit over nine hundred million Kenya shillings.

Moses was arraigned Nairobi’s Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi at Milimani law Court Nairobi.

Where he was charged with tax evasion amounting to 900 million.

And was released on a bond of 3 million surety of the same or a cash bail of 1 million Kenya shillings after pleading not guilty .

The trial is on 29th October 2019.
