The three serious conducted medical reports locally by Kenya Medical Research Institute and two Internationally by Medical Institutions has put the thorny parental issue to rest .

The reports has now officially confirmed that the only hair, young Baraka Okoth Junior the only male child sired by the late Kibra National Assembly Representative Ken Okoth together with Nominated Nairobi County MCA Ann Thumbi is in charge of his late Father’s wealth.

The DNA reports presented before Court at Milimani Commercial Court Nairobi County Kenya, through a Constitutional Lawyer Dunstan Omari and his colleague proved that, the late Kibra MP Okoth was the biological father of young Baraka Okoth .

The DNA results in terms of percentage was 99.999% living no room, doubt and closing any forum, arguments, debates about the Member of Nairobi County Assembly’s only Son Ann Thumbi and the late Kibra MP Okoth relationship .

It is now obvious that through a pending court ruling on the disputed parental issue , the only Son of the late Kibra Law Maker, can now be assured a hundred percent of a better future without much struggle and any future unnecessary family battles .
