KENYA DEFENCE LAWYER MBUGUA MUREITHI DELAY GARISSA TERROR ATTACK DEFENCE HEARING

The four terror accused of masterminding the deadly killings at Garissa University Garissa County Kenya will be arraigned in court on Tuesday 30th April for the defence hearing.

The Chief Magistrate’s Court at Milimani Law Court Nairobi County Kenya found the four suspected terrorists had a case to answer.

The terror suspects masterminded the killings at Garissa University where 150 Students lost their lives including an AP and a Soldier.

The three accused decided to leave their fate to Court for Judgment while the first accused will defend himself .

The fifth accused is a Tanzanian National, third accused is a Somali and the fourth accused who was a private security officer was acquitted.

The Court found the four suspects with a case to answer after it was satisfied that the accused were involved in the killing of University students.

The four accused will appear for defence submission before Milimani Law Court Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi.
