PROPRIETOR DEMANDS FOR THE RETURN OF MUSIC INSTRUMENTS

PROPRIETOR DEMANDS FOR THE RETURN OF MUSIC INSTRUMENTS

By Chris Ojow

The Director of Public Prosecution and Director

Criminal Investigations are being urged to

ensure that the pianos stolen are returned to

BPV within seven days, failure to adhere to the

directions, a legal notice will be filed against the

parties for breach.

BPV is a private liability company registered in

the Netherlands and has been in operation for

the last 23 years.

BPV main activities is purely to sell music

instruments, where a firm was appointed by

BPV to recover assets send to Kenya under

contract of the Company with the mandate to

sell music Instruments.

BPV conducts business in more than twenty

States Globally, its business of selling only

musical instruments is conducted in the basis

of its general conditions.

The company entered into Kenyan market

through a Kenyan Registered Company known

as Bol holdings African company Limited,

eleven years ago and retained majority share

holdings in Bol Holdings Africa, where BPV

delivered its pianos under usual terms and

conditions

In contravention of the deal another company

was formed and fraudulently used to steal the

market share from Bol Holdings.

It is a shame that the law and order in Kenya

has been turned into an instrument to deprive

foreign investors of its properties, closing more

avenues for the Job creations to the Country

Jobless Graduates .

The demand letter which was drafted on 14th

July this year was copied to the Office of

Director of Public Prosecution on 16th of July

the year 2020 and stamped, it was also

confirmed by the Director of Criminal

Investigations on 15th July the same year and

also received by the Country EACC on 16th of

July for further action.
