POLICE OFFICER THREATEN MP AND HIS FAMILY

An Administration Police Officer attached to Nominated Member of Parliament is fighting to save his career.
A highly trained VIP Officer Raphael Kapaya Torome was charged before Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku at Milimani Law Court Nairobi County Kenya.
The Officer who is currently on half salary pleaded not guilty to Demanding Property by written threats on Friday 12th April 2019 at 15.18 pm East Africa Time.
Torome was released on a bond after his defence Lawyer Suyanka Lempaa exchanged insults with the Complainant Lawyer Prof Wajakoya before a packed Lower Criminal court.
It is alleged that the accused Raphael Kapaya Torome with intention to fraud unlawfully sent threatening messages to his Former Boss Nominated Law Maker David Ole Sonkok after the two differed.
Torome was arrested a week ago and released on a Police bond of 50,000 Kenya shillings and appeared in Court to answer fraud charges.
From the reliable source that we can not expose or name for the urgency of the incoming trial of the accused.
Reports from the inside sources confided to us that the Former VIP Security of the Nominated MP intentionally turned an enemy after poking his nose into the family affairs of the law Maker.
Four witnesses are lined up by the State prosecution to testify against the accused
