MOHAN GALOT NOW WANT PRAVIN GALOT, RAJESH GALOT AND TWO POLICE OFFICERS MICHAEL K. SANG, ERICK MURITHI ARRESTED AND BE CHARGED WITH ISSUING FALSE INFORMATION

In our part two series of the investigations of the altered files at the Registrar of Companies, fabricated charges on Mohan Galot and misuse of power by Police officers.

Mohan in a filed affidavit before Chief Magistrate Court Milimani Law Court Nairobi County Kenya, alleges that Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot, Kamau Ernest Kaka and two National Police service officers Michael K. Sang, Erick Murithi conspired to fabricate charges against him.

In the affidavit filed by Mohan Galot the Director of Galot Industries limited to Chief Magistrate Court Milimani Law Court Nairobi County Kenya in a criminal case no 2374 of 2018.

The applicant Mohan Galot complained to the trial Court on the issue of fabricated charge sheets.

By the first respondent Pravin Galot and Rajesh Galot for conspiring with interested parties the counsels under the Attorney General’s office namely Kamau Ernest Kaka a former State Counsel.

In a bid to defeat justice by procuring the removal and disappearance of the official file from the Company Registry, for Galot Industries Limited with intend to prevent it from being used as evidence.

The affidavit filed before Chief Magistrate Milimani Law Court Nairobi County Kenya was received by the office the Chief Magistrate on 05th April 2019.

With the applicant seeking the court direction to commence investigations into the conduct of Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot together with two Police Officers Michael K. Sang and Erick Murithi for allegedly manufacturing statements precipitating the charges facing the applicant.

Mohan Galot in his application requested the Chief Magistrate Court to immediately institute charges against the respondents Pravin Galot and Rajesh Galot for allegedly making false complaint.

And also calls for the arrest of two Police officers Michael k. Sang, Erick Murithi, Pravin Galot and Rajesh Galot be arraigned before Chief Magistrate Court for plea taking.

Second respondents Police Officers abused their authority of their office by practising fraud and duped Rajeev Modi, Pushpin Derek Singh Mann and Jophece Yogo thereby culminating in the charging of the respondents.

In a separate ruling by the three Judge bench where the same respondents Pravin Galot and team went against the order of the high court of Kenya.

Pravin filed a complain before the Judicial Service Commission against the three Judge bench Justice Fred Ochieng, Francis Tuiyot and Olga Sewe in a civil case no 2054 of 1993 and HCCC 55 of 2012 allegedly imposing himself as the Managing Director of the Galot Industries Limited and Manchester Outfitters Limited.

Where Pravin Galot petitioned the JSC for the removal of the above three judges for incompetence, gross misconduct and misbehaving in the course of their duties as judges.

After the said three judges made a ruling on hearing the aggrieved parties and gave stay orders blocking Pravin Galot from declaring himself as the Managing Director of Manchester Outfitters Limited.

The Judicial Service Commission in their response after a complain was filed before it on 18th May 2017 and received it on 19th at 5pm ruled against the prayers of the complainant.

No action was taken against the three judges after the judicial Service commission concluded that the three judges never misled themselves but were guided by the Constitution in executing their duty.

Pravin Galot went against the ruling of the three High Court judges that prevented him from imposing himself as the Galot Industries limited and Manchester outfitters Managing Director Oblivious of the Court action against his illegal move .

The investigations on altered Galot Industries limited documents and duplications of charge sheets to ensure Mohan Galot is locked in Prison Continues……..
