Through a letter from the registrar of Companies on 29th January 2016 addressed to Mohan Galot and Pravin Galot and was signed by James Nduna Senior Deputy Registrar for Registrar of Companies copied to the Solicitor General.

The Registrar of Companies noted the disappearance of Original file from the Registry and copies were requested from Mohan Galot by Registrar of Companies to Construct the new file.

It is alleged that unknown interested parties/cartels working with the staff at the Registry conspired to steal the Original file of Galot Industries Limited possibly to create confusion on who is the legal director a matter which is under investigation.

The registrar in his letter to Mohan Galot and Pravin Galot noted that the parties were filing contradictory and irreconcilable returns which led to the Company having two sets of shareholders and Directors.

Upon perusal of documents by registrar of Companies in order to ascertain the legal shareholding and and directorship.

The Registrar of Companies made it clear through a letter that Mohan Galot is the valid Director and shareholding of Galot Industries limited as at 21st June 1979.

Contrary to the letter issued by the Registrar of Companies the opposing side has made all efforts for Mohan Galot to be charged with several counts of forgeries up to date.

And through a letter from the office the Attorney General dated on 19th April 2018.

The Attorney General through the State Counsel for Registrar of Companies noted multiple Court actions on issues revolving around the Directorship.

And decided to distance themselves since all the court matters had a peculiar relationship with each other in terms of Directorship.

The office of the Attorney General implemented a wait and see the determination of the Court in solving the dispute in case no 1554 of 2012 Consolidated with 482 of 2014.

After being threatened with unnecessary arrests and fabricated charges.

Mohan Galot wrote a letter to the Commission of administrative Justice the office of the Ombudsman on 02nd October 2015.

Copied to the Inspector General National Police service.

In the letter is a complaint by Mr. Mohan Galot Director Galot Industries limited against the Police.

In there response signed letter through Vincent Chahale for chair of the Commission on 02nd October 2015.

The office of the Commission directed the DPP to investigate it’s officer’s in relation to the complaints raised by the Complainant with a view of taking administrative action against the officers in the event they are found to be culpable.

The commission also found out that the National Police service officers in arresting the Complainant on 9th October 2013 treated the complainant in an unfair manner, harassed him and denied him his rights to communicate to his family.

The appropriate actions were ordered to be taken against the officers who abused and misused their powers during Mohan Galot interrogation.

And the registrar of Companies was also ordered in the letter from the commission of the ombudsman to conduct a thorough audit of the files of Galot Industries limited.

With a view to determine whether there was impropriety on the part of the Registrar of Companies in a manner in which various documents were filed, registered, altered or issued and action be taken if officers found with any wrongdoing.
