Pastor Nganga of Neno Evangelism centre at Milimani Law Court Nairobi County Kenya
Pastor Nganga is alleged to have obtained 3.6 million Kenya shillings by false pretence.
The Man of God pleaded not guilty to one count of obtaining by false pretence.
Appearing before Senior Magistrate Martha Mutuku at Milimani Law Court Nairobi County Kenya on Tuesday 09th April 2019 at 11.49 am East Africa Time.
The Neno Evangelism centre Owner was released on a bond of one million plus surety of the same or cash bail of 0.5 Million Kenya shillings.
Earlier in the morning Nganga filed an application before High Court seeking the court to quash the charges at the lower criminal court which was dismissed. By Chris Ojow
