MALI AND KENYA IN GUN MOP UP OVER MISUSE

The Government of Mali has issued a warning illegal gun owners to surrender them to the authority or risk Prosecution.

As Kenya Government gave a one week ultimatum to all gun owners, give them up and apply a fresh.

Mali President Ibrahim Boubakar Keita issued the orders after twenty four children and eleven adults were massacred in Sobane, Bamako Mali .

While in Kenya, excitements of owning and unnecessary misuse of guns in social places , homes by owners, raised more suspicions on the manner they were issued with.

Guns owners whether private or public must display a high quality and professional behaviour whether in public or private places while armed.

Kenya Government made a decision to disarm all licensed gun holders Countrywide, after it was discovered that several firearms licences were corruptly acquired .

In America during Obama administration, the former president of America aggressively struggled to control gun issuance, sales and illegal ownership after random shootouts in several learning institutions.

In Africa several powerful guns and riffles are in the wrong hands, and mostly used in criminal activities, as the authorities mandated for licensing and issuance of certificates are compromised.

Mali Government has struggled to mop up guns from the wrong hands and mostly from the militias in the northern part of the Country .

Over three hundred gun licensed certificates were revoked in Kenya , with nine thousands certified and in total 13 thousands only are registered firearms holders Nationally .

Kenya Government recently withdrawn the automatic rifles and several high powered machine guns from being privately owned.

Decision was made after discovering some private gun holders had powerful machines than the Kenyan Government law enforcements units .

While the Republicans the Senate in USA are planning to overturn the orders of President Donald Trump granting Saudi Arabia to own lethal and powerful arms in a bid to tame Iran.
