Investigations wrote a replying letter to Joyce

Nzisa Nduya Muthama on ref, to a call to

investigate the purported consent order which

was fraudulently obtained in a civil suit number

forwarded to Director of Public Prosecution for

perusal and be acted upon, the replying letter to

Joyce Muthama was written and signed by

Geoffrey Kinyua acting for Director of Criminal

Investigations.

And on 15th November 2018 in the same civil

suit 01 of 2015 formerly civil suit number 4270

advise and directions, where the DPP through a

replying letter advised the Complainant to seek

redress at the court that issued the order and
