Part three, the investigations on altered Galot Industries Limited documents and duplications of police charge sheet to ensure Mohan Galot is locked in Prison.
Under Article 27,28,29,31,40,41 and 47 of the 2010 new Constitution of the Republic of Kenya, upon sensing danger on his life followed by real threats.
Mohan Galot the Valid Director of Galot Industries limited, Rajeev, Pushpinder Singh Mann and Jophece Yogo filed a petition under certificate of urgency at Milimani Law Court Nairobi County Kenya in 2019.
And served the respondents first being Inspector General, Director of Criminal Investigations, Director Public Prosecution, Chief Magistrate Court and the office of the Attorney General of Kenya.
The reason to file the petition for speedy action and protection was occasion by alleged greed exhibited by Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot and Narenda Galot in collaboration with a few Police officers to defraud Mohan Galot of his investments.
Through unlawful tactics the first petitioner alleges that Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot and Narenda Galot colluded with former State Officer Ernest Kamau Kaka the fifth respondents assisted Pravin Galot, to gain access and retrieve information from the Galot Industries Limited files to register false documents and used the said falsified documents to unlawfully appoint themselves as Directors.
The first petitioner Mr. Mohan Galot further says that Ernest Kamau Kaka the former state officer procured a purported registration of fake documents under sheria House while he was an employee as a State Counsel, Kaka is alleged to have issued a fake company search documents.
Mr. Ernest Kamau Kaka who once was employed as A state Counsel and accused of illegally acting in unlawful production of fake Company documents is now the lawyer representing Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot and Narenda Galot
As a former employee of State, the Petitioners accuse Ernest Kamau Kaka of intentionally violating the law of conflicts of interest by Representing Pravin Galot and two others before Court in alleged criminal proceedings against the Petitioner Mohan Galot.
In the petition it is alleged that Ernest Kamau Kaka colluded with Pravin Galot, Rajesh Galot and Narenda Galot and unlawfully taken over the Management of Manchester Outfitters at Manchester Building situated Dunga close Nairobi County Kenya.
Kaka together with his clients caused the disappearance of Galot Industries limited files and manufactured fake documents then imposed themselves as Directors.
In view of the illegal acts the first respondent is accused by the petitioner of failing to act and move with speed to arrest the four and charge them with committing serious crimes.
Instead, the petitioner is now fighting to clear his name in the lower criminal courts after being charged severally with fabricated offences.
The petitioner is seeking for the prosecution of officers in the DPP office after being investigated for colluding in alleged illegal operations.
