Alleged killers of Dandora Activist Caroline Mwatha at Milimani Law Court Nairobi County Kenya they pleaded not guilty to two counts of Murder
The four murder suspects were arraigned before Lady Justice Jessie Lessit at Milimani Law Court Nairobi County Kenya.
On Monday 08th April 2019 at 9.23am East Africa Time where they were charged with two counts of Murder.
From right to left Betty Akinyi Nyanya, Michael Onyonka Onchiri, Richard Ramoya and Alexander Gitau Gikonya pleaded not guilty.
It is alleged that in early February 2019 at Dandora phase four in Njiru sub County.
Within Nairobi County Jointly with others not before court murdered Caroline Mwatha Ochieng.
And in separate count two the four are also charged with the murder of Baby Caroline Mwatha Ochieng.
The accused will appear before the trial Court on 18th April 2019 for the hearing of bail application. By Chris Ojow
