Nairobi Court has ordered a businessman
facing
charges of forgery and uttering false
documents to appear before court for plea
taking on Friday 22nd of January 2021 at 9am
East Africa Time.
Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku directed two
suspects Joshua Kimeu Kioko and Bryan
Joseph Muli Koli to appear before her and also
differed plea taking.
The first accused Joshua failed to appear
before and through his officer of the court
request for plea to be differed granted.
They face charges of forgery and uttering false
documents where it is alleged that in November
the year 2013 at registrar of companies State
Law Office Nairobi County, the two forged
annual company returns form for WENDANO
MATUU COMPANY LTD purporting to be the
genuine company returns.
The two accused in a separate charge will plead
to uttering false documents.
