Kenyans are proving to be the most daring
characters in fraud Globally, forget about
alleged Nigerians con superstars, Kenyans
alleged fraudsters are playing in the league of
Mexicans and Rio (Brazilians) gang squads.
Joel Machoka Michoma in his 40s who was
arrested on Tuesday 31st March 2020 without
warrant of arrest, was arraigned at Milimani
Law Court Nairobi County Kenya on Thursday
02nd of April 2020 at 9.57 am East Africa Time.
Joel was accused of unlawfully forging
International vaccination certificate purporting
that it was issued by World Health Organisation
(WHO) with an intend to defraud.
Where he appeared before Senior Magistrate
Bernard Ochoi and was charged with twelve
counts of forgeries of various documents and
pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
The accused was unlawfully found being in
possession of stamps belonging to several
institutions such as , Cooperative Bank of
Kenya, Equity Bank of Kenya, Suna Freighters
limited company and other organisations.
Joel Machoka is alleged to have also forged
National Examination certificates ,
business permits, birth certificates and motor
vehicle NTSA registrations documents with
intend to defraud.
His trial is scheduled in the next two months
with Prosecution ready to bond three witnesses
to testify against the accused , as the lower
criminal Court released him on a bond of 0.1
million surety of the same or cash bail of
