the legendary reggae icon, the late Joseph Hill

of the Mighty Culture, a true replica to Kenyan

Political current happenings, where the most

powerful Nations Globally USA, Britain, and a

total of 19 European Countries Ambassadors

has been holding public meetings , but only

inviting the Country second in Command the

legally elected Deputy President of the Republic

of Kenya Dr. William Ruto.

Orange Democratic Movement fanatics and

sycophants has been busy Countrywide

peddling lies that the second in Command Dr.

William Ruto was never elected contrary to the

Country 2010 new Constitution of the Republic

of Kenya.

Article 148 of the Constitution of Kenya :

Election and swearing in of the Deputy

President, clause three clearly states that, the

Independent Electoral and Boundaries

Commission shall declare the candidate

nominated by the person who is elected as the

President to be elected as the Deputy President.

Haters and an visionary leaders from the

Opposition parties in Kenya who on several

occasions has relied on inciting the youthful

Kenyans Citizens to cause chaos whenever

their interests fail to materialise, were

embarrassed after their mission to brand and

mudslide the legally elected Deputy President

of the Republic of Kenya Dr. William Ruto as the

chief priest of corruption failed flat footed,

where there usual political witch hunt drove

them to criticisms of youth empowerment

programme within the Country by the second in

Command.

The legally elected Deputy President of the

Republic of Kenya Dr. William Ruto who has

met the foreign envoys from powerful Nations

four times, has been discussing the

Nations relations, empowerment and trade.

It is normal according to Country Protocols for

the Country Deputy President to engage heads

of foreign missions.

Which is a bold step for the foreign envoys from

several Nations to organise a high profile

meetings and invite the Country second in

Command despite the political temperatures

being experienced in the Country created by the

opposition parties inquest for power regardless

of the country peaceful atmosphere and the

peaceful Kenyans at large.

On 24th September Deputy President Dr.

William Ruto met over 19 Ambassadors from

Europe at the famous Muthaiga Golf Club led by

the Head of the Union Simon Mordue Nairobi

County at 5pm East Africa Time, for several

hours and on June 29th Ruto met the British

High Commissioner Jane Marriot.

And on July 23rd Dr. William Ruto met ten

Ambassadors from USA, Australia, Canada and

the larger United Nations Representatives in

Kenya.

Article 147 of the new 2010 Constitution of the

Republic of Kenya states that : the legally

elected Deputy President of the Republic of

Kenya shall be the principal assistant of the

President and shall deputise the President in

the execution of the President functions.

Still in clause 2 and 3 of the Constitution states

that : Dr. William Ruto the Deputy President of

the Republic of Kenya shall perform the

functions conferred by the Constitution and any

other functions of the President.

It further states that while the president will be

away for State and official functions in the

foreign land, the Deputy President shall act as

the President in the Country, which was

witnessed in the year 2013 of earlier Jubilee

rule, while the two elected President and Deputy

President were attending International Criminal

Court Proceedings at the Hague where they

were both acquitted from the wild allegations of

crime committed during the 2007-8 Post poll

violence.

On Thursday 24th September the year 2020, the

legally elected Kenyan Deputy President Dr.

William Ruto met with Top European Envoys

from Germany, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands,

Portugal, the Great France, Sweden, Norway,

Denmark, Ireland, Finland, Czech Republic,

Poland and the Mighty Italy with the talks

centered on maintaining fair electoral Process

and political parties strengthening towards

preventing political violence.

Knowing very well that the Country Independent

Electoral Boundaries is not properly Constituted

hence need for the Country to nominate more

commissioners to the Independent

Commission through a transparent formula in

line to the Constitution to avert eleventh hour

chaos.

Not forgetting the Country third arm of the

Government head of Judiciary, advising the

Country Head of State to dissolve both two

parliaments, the Senate and the National

Assembly for failing to adhere to gender rule in

line to the new 2010 Constitution of the

Republic of Kenya.

And with the Country going to another election,

the Parliament is the only organ that can vet

and pass the nominated commissioners to the

Country electoral body, a case of Kenya at

crossroad politically and Constitutionally .

For those doubting the duty, functions and the

reasons why the Country has a post of the

Deputy President should know that the

swearing in of the legally elected Deputy

President Dr. William Ruto at Moi Sports

Complex Kasarani Nairobi County was

conducted by the Country Chief Justice the

Head of the third Arm of the Government and in

public not secretly or at night.
