SIERRA LEONE NATIONALS ARRESTED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO SALE AIR AS GOLD

Appearing before Nairobi’s Duty Senior Magistrate Paul Mayova at Milimani Law Court, the three foreign respondents pleaded with the court to be released on bond as ongoing Preliminary investigations is yet to be completed.

The respondents Kassim Father Kamara who is three days old in Kenya, Hussein Dayek and Said Kamara jetted in Kenya in early December 2019, but failed to inform the Court their mission, whether they were businessmen or tourists, will know their fate on Tuesday 24th December 2019, as the ruling on their bond application will be delivered.

The three Sierra Leone Nationals were arrested on Sunday 22nd at West Gate Nairobi County by Transnational crime unit, while on a mission to allegedly defraud a South African Businessman that they were in a position to sale to him Gold from Sierra Leon.

The South African National filed a complain with a Kenyan Detectives after it is alleged, the three foreign respondents obtained undisclosed huge sums of money from him in the pretext that they will travel to Sierra Leon and get him Gold.

Kenyan Detectives in their application submitted through the State Prosecution requested for more days to complete their preliminary investigations.

The Court directed the State Prosecution to arraign the three foreign respondents before it, on Tuesday 24th December 2019 at 2pm East Africa Time for further directions.
