NATION MEDIA GROUP IN HOT SOUP AS MAGISTRATE WHO ISSUED ORDER BARRING DETECTIVES FROM ARRESTING AND CHARGING GOVERNOR WAITITU TO SUE FOR MALICE

Senior Magistrate Brian Khaemba Kiambu Law Courts, Kiambu County Kenya has threaten to sue the media giants East and Central Africa Nation Media Group.

The Senior Magistrate has issued an ultimatum to Nation Media Group to speedily apologise for a defamatory story published in their Leading Newspaper.

Nation Media Group through one of it’s largest and popular product, is alleged to have referred the learned Magistrate as “a waititu magistrate” a term that has portrayed, injured the Senior Magistrate’s reputation in bad light and his actions instantly became a questionable subject.

Brian Khaemba Senior Magistrate Kiambu Law Courts who issued a conservatory order barring Anti Graft Kenyan Detectives from arresting and possibly charging Kiambu elected Governor Ferdinand Waititu.

Has given Nation Media Group three days starting from Thursday 30th May 2019 until Saturday 01st June 2019 by the end of the day to apologise.

Failure to do so, without hesitation under certificate of urgency, he will move to High Court and file a suit suing Nation Media Group on Monday 03rd June 2019 early morning hours for defamation and possibly Compensation for huge sums .

Through Wesonga, Mutembei & Kigen Advocates, Commission for Orths and Notaries Public, in a demand apology for defamatory letter addressed to Managing Director Nation Media Group and sent to all Media outlets within East and Central Africa.

Brian Khaemba Senior Magistrate stressed that the headline “EACC targets Waititu’s Magistrate” published by the largest and Popular Nation Media Group Product East and Central Africa.

Was sensational, biased, full of malice, fictitious and character assassination interpreted that the Senior Magistrate Kiambu Law Courts is a personal Magistrate to Governor Waititu.

Senior Magistrate further alleged that the headline portrayed him as a Waititu crony, has been pocketed, hired, not fit to be a Magistrate, should henceforth stop being a JSC employee and breached the law in issuing the conservatory order.

Law Society of Kenya (LSK) Presidential Contestant Nelson Havi defended the actions of the Senior Magistrate Kiambu Law Courts .

Kenyan Veteran and no nonsense Lawyer Nelson Havi during a public opinion on the actions of the Senior Magistrate, frankly and courageously stressed that, Kiambu Senior Magistrate Brian Khaemba was within the law and his actions were guided by the law.

Havi further said that a lower Criminal trial Magistrate Court has powers, mandate and in order to issue a conservatory orders to any respondents who may feel that the law Enforcers or the State is acting outside the boundary of the laws.

Anti Graft Institution in Kenya through their Boss publicly declared that Kiambu Law Courts Senior Magistrate Brian Khaemba is a person of interest and in their radar for interrogation.
