The Biggest real Estate Company Edermann Properties Limited through their Officers of the Court has filed an application seeking for the removal the trial Judge.
The Company during a press briefing publicly informed the Nation through Members of the fourth estate that their reason for wanting the trial judge to recuse himself is secretive and will only be made public during the hearing of the matter.
Edermann through Nancy Mireri further said that the company housing project is in line with the Kenyan Head of State Agenda four and very vital for the growth of the Country economy .
The matter was heard before court where the real estate developer through their filed application want the London Distillers to be stopped from polluting the environment.
They also alleged that the London Distillers are discharging the hazardous affluent in Athi River against the environmental care and to the users and dependant of the River.
Erdermann stressed that the parliamentary report that showed and proved that London Distillers is emitting effluent that are hazardous for human life and ni action has been taken .
The report also revealed that Mavoko Water and resources services showed that the effluent that is being discharged into the environment and Athi River was coming from London Distillers Company.
Whether treated or not treated the hazardous still remains harmful and Export Processing Zone (Epz) had sought the suspension of the London Distillers license for emitting effluent into their sewage system.
But LDK resumed emitting effluent into the environment and Athi River which is a risk both to the environment and the neighbours.
