19B ALLEGEDLY STOLEN AS KENYAN FINANCE MINISTER TO FACE ECONOMIC CRIMES IN DAM SCAM

Tables were turned in the East Africa Super Power Nation Kenya, as Cabinet Secretary for Finance spends a night in Police Custody awaiting corruption charges.

Henry Rotich and his Permanent Secretary together with other 26 suspects will be charged before Anti Corruption Chief Magistrate Court at Milimani Law Courts Nairobi County Kenya.

The suspects face several counts of illegal acquisition of properties, abuse of office, financial misconduct and conspiracy to defraud.

Mr. Rotich is allegedly accused of failure to comply with the regulations in awarding tenders to build drinking water dams in the Country.

Close to 19 billion Kenya shillings public money is suspected to have vanished in the alleged water Dam scandal.

In line with the Kenyan laws, the Cabinet Secretary together with other Government officials accused, will have to pave way until the matter is determined.
